This spacious condo feels like home! Enjoy your Rocky Mountain vacation with four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and three baths, International-302 has plenty room to relax after an exciting day. Whether you come during ski or summer season this is a great condo to be in! A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace and we supply the firewood. The fully equipped, walk-through kitchen has everything you need to create amazing meals. The main living area has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony with incredible sunsets & views of the West Elk Mountains. Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping loft, the fourth bedroom, and the 3rd bathroom. The unit is fully furnished and has the convenience of a washer and dryer!
The International building entrance is on the third floor. There are just a couple steps from the parking lot to access International 302.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a sauna & free seasonal shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
